In the time that it's been since I last posted, my furcadia character [the main one, with all the digos] Xenaa got a foxen. I also got a ripstik. <3

Lots of things have been going on with our family this year, and so rather than a large trip out of the country [usually at least 10 days long], we spent lots of the summer hanging out at home waiting for news, or driving back and forth to Georgia where many relatives live [6hrs drive]. I'd say that's a first that we missed our summer vacation. I was really hoping to go to the Netherlands, or possibly somewhere in South America again.

On Sunday my grandpa passed away.
That evening, my cousin was trying out my ripstik and broke her wrist. Felt so bad for bringing it at all! D:
No one knows how long she'll have to be in a cast, and it's her first day of school in a couple of days.
Another cousin of mine just had surgery for a brain tumor a few weeks ago. ;~;;

Last night a friend slept over, a little comfort after all these sad things that have been going on. It was lots of fun. ^-^

My school starts in 11 days, so at least that will give a bit of a distraction.
